Sessions are one hour in duration, this includes; lifestyle / history Q&A and physical assessment, treatment and your individual treatment program.
At PSM you will also receive guidance on stretching & mobility methods you can use for maintenance and increased improvement between treatments.

Palmerston Sports Massage have a HICAPS / EFTPOS terminal and Jason is a registered provider, so you can claim from your Private Health Fund at the time of appointment.
Please contact your Private Health Insurance provider to ensure your extras cover includes remedial massage.
If the cost of your treatment is covered by an insurer or employer, please ensure you bring your claim letter to your appointment and note the below information on your intake form at the time of making online booking-
Mon & Thu 10am – 7pm
Tue 8am – 5pm
Friday 7am – 2pm

Late arrival for your appointment, I will have to shorten your appointment and finish on time, due to sessions following yours.
In some instances I may be able to extend the time if there is space, this will be the luck of the draw, either way you will still be charged the full amount.
PSM have a 24hr cancellation policy, I’m happy for you to change or cancel your appointment up to 24hrs prior, this allows me to potentially give your time to someone else and for you to avoid a late cancellation fee, 50% of the full price.
I also understand that sometimes life happens, you or the kids get sick or you’ve had an emergency and you will need to cancel your appointment at the last minute, if this is the case, all I ask of you is to call or message to let me know what’s happening.
I know life is busy so, I do my best to remind you of your appointment so that you don’t forget, so if you don’t bother to show up at all, it shows a lack of respect and value for my time and the effort that I put into your treatment program.
If this happens, you will be invoiced for the full amount of your appointment and I cannot rebook you until this has been paid.
If you don’t want to pay, that’s fine, it just means you don’t really value my time the way I need you to.
